Below are a few styles of our Smart Modular Canada Modular Homes. Exterior additions like stairs, decks and landscaping are the responsibility of the client. We can offer a variety of different styles, colours and finishes to customize the outside of your home. Houses must be installed on a foundation like a basement, pony wall, cribbing, screw piles or a crawl space. There must be access to the utilities below the house. |
