At Smart Modular Canada, we develop comprehensive modular home plans designed from a simple sketch or photo, or choose from our models that are already designed for you. We adhere to the stringent quality standards set out in the Ontario Building Code (OBC), Electrical Safety Authority (ESA), Canadian Standards Association (CSA) through Intertek, local municipal by-laws and the strictest inspections prior to each structure leaving the factory. Homes come fully finished with HRV systems, bathroom and kitchen fixtures and cabinetry, and durable luxury-look flooring. Home appliance packages can also be installed at a special discount for Smart Modular Canada clients.
