We are looking for an enthusiastic person to fill the position in our Administration/Sales Department.
- Greeting and announcing clients
- Helping maintain workplace security
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, note taking and arranging travel plans
- Preparing meeting/training rooms
- Answering, forwarding, and screening calls.
- Sorting and distributing mail
- Scheduling appointments
- Providing excellent customer service while assisting clients through their home design choices
- Experience in sales
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Competency in Microsoft application including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required.
